CURRENT DUPLICATE SESSIONS

All sessions last around 3 hours unless otherwise stated.

Mondays: 1.00. Duplicate bridge - partner required

Mondays: 7.15. Online Bridge (Oliver Cowan host)

Tuesdays: 7.00. Duplicate Bridge - partner required

Wednesdays: 7.00 Duplicate Bridge - no partner required

Thursdays: 10.00 Duplicate Bridge - no partner required

This relaxed session is No Fear Bridge. Approximately 18 boards in a relaxed style, finishing by 12.30 at the latest. The norms of bridge will apply, but the emphasis is on fun, enjoyment and learning, rather than on winning or obtaining masterpoints.

All players are expected to arrive no later than 10 minutes before the start of play to assist with the organisation, and to enable the session to start on time.

CHRISTMAS OPENING

Christmas Opening:

I am pleased to announce that following consultations and some shift swapping between our wonderful Technical Directors (many thanks to all again, as we couldn’t run a session without them) that the club will only be Closed on Christmas Day – December 25^th this year.

ALL OTHER DAYS (including Boxing Day and New Years day) we will run our normal sessions.

I have also spoken to Oliver Cowan and if you really need a game on Christmas Day our Huddersfield Friendly Online Bridge will be running as usual on Monday December 25^th and Monday January the 1^st 2024.

Register at the usual time if you can not face another turkey sandwich, conversation with your relatives of if you have seen enough James Bond movies to want your own Great Escape this holiday season.
