A mixed bag of results from our teams in their penultimate matches of the season yesterday.

In Division 6 our D team continued their learning experience with a defeat at the more experienced Harrogate D team (1-19)

The C team got back to winning ways with a 14-6 home win against Keighley D.

In Division 5 our B team are yet to discover their pre-Christmas form and slipped to another defeat at home to Ripon (1-19).

In Division 4 our A team remain in contention for promotion this season with a comprehensive 17-3 victory at Barnsley A with the team performing better on empty stomachs in the first half. Carrie’s growling didn’t disappear as fast as the growlers accompanying the sandwiches, but she got us over the line despite us having more than our just desserts after the sandwiches too!
