Last Sunday was the final game of the season - many of us celebrated afterwards at The Grove, which was very enjoyable!

The A Team narrowly missed a chance to go up next season, even with a comfortable 17-3 victory.

The B Team narrowly lost to Halifax by 9 - 11.

The C Team also lost narrowly to Ilkley by 8 - 12. 

The D Team, who have heroically played in one division higher than they should, lost again, so will now play in Division 6 next year, where I hope they will begin to achieve deserved success. 

Thank you to everyone who took part in any of the matches across the season, and thank you also to our delightful tea ladies who have worked so hard clearing up our mess after tea.

I hope that everyone will be happy to play again next season. If you want to be included in the Autumn, either as a current Team member, or someone who has not taken part this year, then don't hesitate to let me know. The more the merrier!
